  1. important I think to note the difference between knowing about and knowing how, for most folks trained in academic philo the only noticeable difference it makes is in how they approach the doing of academic style philo tasks and one often sees this also with people who have adopted various religious grammars, so the knowledge-ecology innovation as I see it is to put these two aspects into fruitful exchanges/feedback-loops, like critical thinking/reflection about doings and off the page testing of conceptualizations.
